Oval-shaped bas-relief medal. On front: image of the Blessed Virgin Mary standing on a globe while crushing a snake with her feet. The date "1830" is inscribed on the globe. The inscription "O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE" encircles the figure. On back: the letter "M" surmounted by a bar and cross over the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, encircled by twelve stars.
