Oval-shaped bas-relief medal with decorative frame. On front: image of the Blessed Virgin Mary standing on a globe while crushing a snake with her feet. The date "1830" is inscribed on the globe. The inscription "O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE" encircles the whole. On back: the letter "M" surmounted by a bar and cross over the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, encircled by twelve stars.
